Salon Policies

We want your time with us to be exceptional, to ensure everything flows smoothly for your visit, we have set policies in place to make sure that happens!

 

CLient Correspondence


Communication regarding scheduling, cancellations, and any appointment adjustments will be responded to via text, email, or voicemails left during our office hours.

OFFICE HOURS:

Monday 9am-4pm

Tuesday 9am-7pm

Wednesday 9am-5pm

Thursday 9am-4pm

Friday 9am- 5pm

Saturday (every other) 9am- 4pm

Sunday Closed

Any messages left on Fridays after 5pm, the Saturdays we are closed, and Sundays will be answered the following Monday.

*Communication regarding rescheduling/cancellations due to sickness or family emergencies will be monitored and responded to promptly during non-office hours as an exception.

 
 

ADDITIONAL GUEST POLICY


EFFECTIVE 10/1/2024.

In order to create a relaxing environment with respect to our limited space, we ask that you attend your appointments without any additional guests/children.

*excludes parent/guardian accompanying appointments scheduled for minors.

 
 

Cancellation Notices, No shows & LAte Arrival


CANCELLATIONS

We are asking for 72 hours (of business days) notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. If you cancel 71-48 hours before your appointment you will be charged a $25 fee to reschedule, any notice than that will be a $50 fee to reschedule. 

(Sickness and family emergency do not apply) 

LATE ARRIVAL

We will always try to accommodate you if you’re running behind, stuck in traffic, etc. If you know you are going to be late, please call or send a message so we can adjust accordingly. If you are able to make it in time for us to move forward with the entirety of your service, wonderful! If not, we may have to forgo certain parts of your service so we can stay with in your appointment time. If you are more than 15min late, it will be considered a no show and need to be rebooked with a $50 rebooking fee

Deposit for Big color services


We do require a $100 non refundable deposit for all first appointment coloring services:

This deposit will be put towards your service total. If you reschedule with more than a 48 hour notice, we will move your deposit and your appointment to another day. 

Any cancellations/no shows with less than a 48 hour notice will be subject to loose the deposit and will require another $100 deposit to book the next appointment. 

We appreciate your understanding with this and do this to protect our stylists and their books. It’s very hard to fill a 2.5-4 hour opening last minute. 

Service Guarantee


We want you to be happy and satisfied with your services. Therefore, we do ask that you email us within 7 days of your service(s) for any changes that you may require. We are happy for the opportunity to make things right for you.

Product Guarantee


We offer full exchanges on all product purchases as long as it hasn’t been used more than 3 times. It is important to us that you have the correct haircare products. We do not wish to add to the product graveyard that exists under many bathroom sinks. We encourage you to bring in any item that is not meeting your expectations and we will replace it with something that better suits your needs.

Gratuities


Gratuities are not included in services provided.  Gratuities are never expected but always appreciated and we thank you for your thoughtfulness.
